Refunds

Plans are yearly. Free is 100 MB and is not charged. Starter is $1.99 for 5 GB, Plus is $9.99 for 30 GB, Pro is $24.99 for 75 GB, Max is $99 for 300 GB, and Ultra is $299 for 1 TB.

Paid checkout is not open. The paid buttons say Coming soon. We do not collect a card, and there is no charge to refund today.

When a yearly plan is billed, that payment covers one year. To cancel, write to support@alix-services.com from the account email. We stop the next year. The year already paid runs to its end, and the encrypted files stay available until then, including any 90-day lock.

If we take a payment by mistake, write to support@alix-services.com and we refund that payment. Privacy questions about a receipt go to privacy@alix-services.com.
